1. Go to your Profile icon--->Settings
  2. Select the option Users from the Left side menu
  3. Click on Invite New Collector 
  4. Enter the necessary details and Select  Role 



                                                             


            a)Enable "Share by default new document requests " if the requests created by this user should be shared with other 

               users 

      b)Choose the option SHARE  to choose a specific user to whom the request should be shared with





Once successfully saved your staff will be receiving an invite email to join your company,ask them  click on the invite email received and register for an account to join your company.
